This promotion is designed to welcome new boarding customers and give your feline friends a comfortable stay with us. By taking advantage of this promotion, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
This promotion is exclusively available to new cat boarding customers booking with Paw Mittens for the first time. It applies to cat boarding services only and is not available for cat adoptions or adoption-related fees.

2. Minimum Boarding Duration

To qualify for the 25% discount, the cat boarding stay must be for a minimum of 7 consecutive days (7 nights). Bookings for shorter stays, such as 3 or 5 nights, will not be eligible for the discount, regardless of how far in advance the booking is made.

3. First-Time Customers Only:
The promotion is strictly limited to customers who have never booked a cat boarding stay with Paw Mittens before. All cats and their associated customer details are recorded in our system, including microchip information where provided. Changing your phone number, email address, or other contact details will not qualify an existing customer for the promotion.

4. Eligible Bookings:
The 25% discount applies to eligible cat boarding fees only. Any additional services, fees, or charges may be excluded from the promotion.

5. Non-Transferable:
This promotion is non-transferable and may only be used by eligible first-time boarding customers. It cannot be transferred to another customer or redeemed for cash.

6. Other Offers:
Unless otherwise stated by Paw Mittens, this promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.

7. Booking Verification:
Paw Mittens reserves the right to verify customer and cat records to confirm eligibility. If a booking does not meet the eligibility requirements, the promotional discount may be declined or removed.

8. General Conditions:
Paw Mittens reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at its discretion, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law. All bookings remain subject to availability and Paw Mittens’ standard booking policies.
